We are going to be sharing wisdom, not just the midwives practical and sacred knowledge, more importantly,  the inner wisdom that you can offer your community. Our paths are being weaved into a beautiful community basket where we support each other in this parenting journey.  This is an invitation to explore your heart and connect to whatever spiritual shift your family needs from you.  We’re going to be offering a Cacao experience. This medicine will prime you for a inwards movement deeper into your heart. It will help you connect to the spiritual aspect of pregnancy and postpartum.  Breathwork supports the innate capacity to heal ourselves that we all have when we are born. It helps regulate the nervous system, which is extremely important in pregnancy and postpartum. Breathwork helps us lift the veil that prevents us from spiritual expansion and the ability to perceive different perspectives about our own processes.
